What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund, less shipping charges, if the item is returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of its delivery to you. You, the customer, shall pay return shipping fees. Please be advised that we recommend you send your return via UPS, as packages are trackable and insurable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to pay by check or money order, you must contact us via email or phone, and we will ship merchandise upon clearance of funds through our bank.

How do I know that my online payment and personal information is secure?

We use a third party shopping cart and payment processor that automatically encrypts your confidential information submissions using the SSL protocol with a 128-bit encryption key length (the highest commercially available level). Once you electronically send your information, it resides on a secured server with 24/7 surveillance. Please be assured that ordering is completely secure.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders usually ship within 2-3 days after order placement. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which can take up to 7 days in transit. Flat shipping rates are as follows:

These rates are for domestic shipping in the contiguous U.S only. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $10 for shipping and handling and may require extra time in transit due to the distance.

Do you ship internationally?

We apologize to our Canadian and international customers, but do not ship internationally at this time.

Can you tell me more about how your products are made?

We take great pride in the fact that all of our products are handcrafted, and always made in small batches to ensure optimal freshness. We use superior quality ingredients and acquire our essential oils from only the finest farms and distillers. For our raw ingredients and bases, we source only the most reputable organic formulators and suppliers. Additionally all of our bases are vegan certified.
